Samsung uses cheap hardware in their phones, most of their phones are defective. I was a user of samsung galaxy sl for past one year and I faced many uses like wi-fi disconnecting, phone auto restart, screen backlight turning on and off automatically, and many other issues, I checked out the reviews of the phone on internet and many other users are facing the same problems in their samsung phones. When you'll go to the service center you'll be told that it is a software issue and the service center manager will keep on updating your phone software and firmware, but the fact is that, the hardware used in samsung phones is not at all upto the mark. I regret buying a samsung phone. Please do not buy this phone.

DON'T BUY SAMSUNG GT-I003 ,,,, in my country this brand of mobile is withdrawn from the market completely because of its famous mal-manufacturing problem of the internal memory which make the phone as a rock stone not Usable at all .... is you want to buy this phone i advice you to search in GOOGLE " internal memory unexpectedly removed " you will find all the users complaining of this problem are the users of GT-9003 also GALAXY TAB 10 inch and Galaxy Y but more IN GT-I9003 .....

No dear i am afraid to say that this problem is very common in this brand of phones due to internal memory damage , so you are not the first one to be disappointed ... so you have to replace the main board of the phone otherwise no solution will be curative to this problem ..... i advice you not to replace the main board because the problem will 100% occur again because all the boards in the market already have this internal memory malfunction .... so buying a new phone other than SAMSUNG will be more beneficial to you ....

Hay.... i have GT-i9003 i have been using it for about 11 month and earlier this morning i received this notification "internal SD card unexpectedly removed" and now my mobile do not open beyond this samsung logo that hang for hours without opening ... so what do ?

I am using this phone past 1 year ...I am facing prb in GPS ...when ever i try to use GPS then...I will take long time to searching Signals..almost 5 min ....can anybody tell how i solve this prb..

dude i faced exactly the same problem...
i went to samsung service centre and they reinstalled my firmware ...
then also my problem was not solved so i called on customer care and explained them the whole issue..
nd i specifically said " this fone is crap... either replace it or repair it" :P
then they arranged a pick up and drop service for me ..
and the motherboard of my phone was replaced..
since then my fon is running smoothly..

kalvin, 16 Sep 2012my mobile now GT-I9003 is frozen on samsung logo and do not... moreSorry dear Kalvin the only solution is to replace the main board of the device this problem is almost common in almost all GT-I9003 devices and samsung still insisting in ignoring the consumers, so you got to options first you can replace the main board of the device which will cost you 199 $ or you can buy a new device BUT not samsung of course

my mobile now GT-I9003 is frozen on samsung logo and do not want to open it do this while stand by ,it do it also within 5 minutes of stand by and now i cann't leave the mobile open because it will restart and format and freeze on logo , what can i do ????? is there any solution ????

GT-i9003 SUCKS i bought it from 3 months and now it formates by itself and keeps frozen on the logo of samsung and the temperature of the device in this situation may reach 55 c i went to samsung service and they said that they will change the main board with no insurance that the error will be corrected it may return again like all the guys here said and i will have to pay 199 $ for that board , so how come a big, famous, frustrating issue like that apperaring in 90 % of all GT series and samsung doesn't even apologize for a manufacturing error like that is that our fault to buy a sasung from the start... GT-I9003 is a piece of crap....

i use this phone more than one year. And till now i had not any harware problem.. i drop it more than 6 times. but it still fully functional. there is ics, and also 4.1 rom. but they are custom roms. you can google it to fo find. the olny thing a had replaced is the battery.

Dear All...i am using this phone past one year...now i got big problem in my phone.....that is if i am using camera or other application mobile will slow and when i came out from application or camera all icons jerking in home screen...(this jerk speed is slowly increasing)
...i cannot say this problem in clear english.....if any body understood please help me...os is 2.3.6

No solution is yet available for that big famus issue that most if not all of the GT-i9003 costumers have experienced in their phones the phones keeps AUTOMATICALLY restarting and formatting without complete opening it freezes on the logo of samsung may be for days until the battery drains completely , all the applications are forced to close , the android market will not open also force close , the camera also force close the phone will become not usable at all ,
The ONLY solution available is to replace the main board of the phone which will coast you 200$ with no guarantee that the phone will remain good for long because even after replacing it after a while of use may be 6 months the problem will appear again because of the same malfunctioning internal SD memory which is already installed in all the present chips in the market as samsung service center here told me as i complained to them again .... another solution is available which will allow you to use the phone ONLY for receiving calls and not the full functions of the phone ..... seriously this phone is VERY BAD abd a VERY CHEAP hard ware is placed in it not worth all this amount of money and untill now all the customers are suffering from it......

i have also buy galaxy 19003 and it was perfect....now since one month,continously its sd cardd full.how to solve this problem??
