the internal memory is divided into 2gb internal sd card & 2gb phone memory.everything i install goes to the sd card,so how do i use the phone memory?
i have looked everywhere but there is no option to set your preference!

front cam is one thing i relly wanted. tried video calling on my old n70.. too good. Will not be surprised with more and more ppl using in the future.
but htc sense is also tempting..
hmm. most prolly get i9003 today or this weekend from samsung plaza here in hyd

hi guys please make a note . htc desire hd is so amazing pone . u can operate ur pone without touching measns while missing r gorgoten to carry .. just log on htcsense.com and operate ur phone . also u can lock ur phone it wont work at all only shows that please return this pone to 9845011xxx. and also u gps no need net , u can share ur map to ur buddys to make tem follow u .those option no one has.. htc king no one else......

With galaxy SL, you get better camera, better music quality and better battery as compared to Desire. Other important point is that Desire has only 570 MB internal memory so you will not be able to install lot of apps on desire. If these are not important to you then you can go for desire for the reasons you already mentioned.

Hi guys I am on the verge of buying this mobile, My frend suggested htc desire, the features are almost the same - 1 ghz, 512 ram, 5 mp cam, HD recording, now i am considering again which to buy.
samsung pros as far as i see
1. front cam
2. 4" screen
3. better battery - atleast i hope it gives better battery life
htc pros
1. good design / build
2. htc sense
3. snap dragon processor.
the price is almost same -- around a difference of Rs. 2000. My budget is flexible that much.
please give me any suggestions regarding the buy.

Used GPS Fix.. Now GPS working fine.
But dont know whats the matter with internet video streaming!! I am using 3G network.. and normal browsing works fine(with good speed)..
I couldnt find any settings video streaming.. Can u help??

Go for 16GB class 4. I use class 4 SD card in digital camcorder for recording HD video. Class 4 works just fine.

guys use i9000 screen gaurd becos am using that but its slightly small but no issues its fine and one problem am facing is i cant play 720p videos which i could able to play on WAVE

I have got my SGSL 2 days back.. I am facin... more1.for smooth streaming of internet videos you should have a 3G connection or a good wifi connection. It will work fine.
2.for gps use the gps fix application found in the android market for free.
3.please read the previous post about how to fix gps.just flip a few pages back.
