I have been using this mobile for more than 3 month. its very good phone with good display and nice features. Battery was not good but I upgraded to GB it Ok!!. Overall its a good phone!!

how can i use my internal sd as external sd?
i've used astro file manager & apps to sd as well but it didnt help at all.
all games are downloaded to int. sd, plz help what shud i do?

Shankar, 19 Jan 2012I have been using this phone for almost 6 months now. From ... moreit's normal and because the apps are stored in the phone internal and external memory.
when u connect the phone to pc, or immediately after restarting during scanning the memory card time, the apps are not available for the phone, so some icons (especiall on the external SD) disapper and remaining icons shuffle.
so my best advice is "plz don't open app menu during usb connection or during media scanning phase"

I9003 is stable phone, i had upgraded to Android version 2.3.5 (Gingerbread), it's great phone.

I have Samsung I9003 SL. I have updated its OS to gingerbread 2.3.6. But still i have problem with GPS.

Install it--> Now in the app--> go to settings---> select--> Auto kill mode--> kill all. Now in the same select--> Auto kill interval--> 1 MIN.
YOU WILL GET A BATTERY BACKUP INCREASE BY 60-70% !!!
TRUST ME I TRIED IT!!
Update your phone to gingerbread is also d best option.

ALex, 20 Jan 2012Hws the battery life?Battery life is PATHETHIC. you will only get 1.30 hours of battery on continous browsing. The reason is that samsung i9003 SL is LCD screen. Unlike super AMOLED screen it consumes hell lot of battery. AMOLED saves you a lot of battery in other phones. There is also i9003 S version for Super AMOLED.

AnonD-25399, 20 Jan 2012i wanna try this phone...is the quality good?The phone has the following pros: Superb camera, Hard casing, Bright screen.
Cons: Android froyo runs slow, Battery backup PATHETIC. (gives you only 1.30 hours in continous browsing mode), Hangs a LOT, No flash, Low memory storage (internal), More the apps in the phone- the slower it gets. Hangs even when you call someone..hence sometimes unable to cut the call itself.

You have inserted the sim card in the wrong direction. There is a diagram in the slot which indicates that. (the sim should be inserted in the "cut edge out" position).

I need your advices on how to fix my i9003 it suddenly turned to flight mode and sim card cannot be detected already....i need your assistance if incase you have an idea on how to resolve this issue. I tried different sim cards already same error occured.
