"choosing this phone is my greatest mistake"
used this phone for 1.5 year efficiently, but now facing problems of auto formating, download error, force close error , and battery problem.(engineers from samsung care solve my problem to some extent but every time they return my phone with some new problem, and tired of long queeee in samsung care)
i wasted my 19000/- rupee.....and lost my faith from samsung...
presently using my old nokia N73 phone....

One of the worst smartphone. Have had this phone for almost 2 years now and have taken it to the service center four times. Facing hanging & slowness problem since day 1. Battery consumption is very high due to its old technology touch. And Now the phone has stopped detecting any mobile network and the service center guys have asked to get the motherboard replaced, which will cost around 7500 according to them. Looks like the trial model for Samsung. You won't be able to run many application which will run efficiently on any other manufacturer's cheaper phone.

i first got this phone aroud 2 - 3 years ago, it was great, being one of the state of the phones of its time, i loved the phone and continued to use it until the day i retired it from service, yeah it would sometimes lag and would sometimes automatically reboot, but it has been my trustee phone for 2 or more years, i eventually had to retire it as my main phone because of IMEI problems, and now i only use it to listen to music.

Bought my i9003 in July 2011 and was happy with it until it started to hang and auto reboot very frequently after only 1 and a half years later. Did factory setting and upgrade OS to 2.3 ,didn't solve my problem. Now the repairshop tells me it can't be repaired. Not a durable phone ,I'm afraid.

Purchased the phone on Oct 2011. Immidietly on purchase I notices a single dead pixel in the left bottom corner. I contacted the Samsung helpline but they told there is no warranty for 1 dead pixel.Anyway I lost my love for the phone right from then. Later after 1 year 4 month my phone motherboard broke down. It gave me the 'Constant Startup Logo'.on startup . I contacted the samsung customer service , their reply is that they do not have spares for that relatively old model. Anyways long story short these days every electronic item viz. Mobiles, laptops,TV etc seems to break down after the warranty period is over.Samsung seems to top in this regard. Revert to the old loving Nokia. After all they are the ones who started the mobile revolution,

The Poorest mobile I have ever had. Waste of money. bought it on Sep'2011 and had to change the mother board after 6 months on March 2012, luckily and warranty. But now, again on July 2013, the mobile was not detecting the Sim ard and when I reached out to the Samsung service center, I was told that the mother was dead. Unfortunately I have no warranty to claim now and it costs Rs 6000 to replace it. I am sure that the board will go off again in the next 6 minths if I change it Poorest of the Poor this mobile is. I will never recommend anyone this phone and I am gonna throuw it in to a dust bin now..extremely fed up...waste of my money...
