this is a very wonderful fone! as d name implies its everything u'ld want it in a phone! i did alot of research b4 buyin, some of d forums here were discouragn bt i decided 2 take a chance and i dnt regret. d only reason y sum1 wuld av a problem operatn dis fone wuld be lack of understandin of simple english nd technology! i recommend dis fone 4 users of all categories.. go samsung! go omnia!

enoch, 14 Apr 2009the phone is always on low storage untill i insert a 2GBmem... moredats bcos it has 2 memories, d main memory (which is only abt 94mb) and my storage (which is d 8gb or 16gb). all u av 2 do is make sure dat ur data is stored on d my storage nd nt d main memory, dat way u'll neva get a memory low! so go transfa ur data frm main memory 2 my storage nd ur problem is solved!

When I use GPS, do i need to connect to the internet or not? If i cannot connect, so GPS still work or it stop?

I was about to buy this phone but my friend (who was my companion before buying this phone) stopped me. He said that he had read a forum ( he can't remember the site) that omnia buyers should buy 2nd ed. omnia because its touch screen is more sensitive and it is hardware wise. But, both of us don't know how to figure out if the phone is 2nd ed.. please help.. thanks!

elow guys.. anyone of u knows the current price of a 16gb omnia.. in the phil?? i just read the price in the spec(about 350 euro) how about in the phil. is it still 36 t0 34 thousand pesos?? sori cause i work abroad planning to buy it for my cousin as a birthday present.. i know some of you guys are nice people.. waiting for a reply tnx kabaya.. ^^

i gust new how to set your own sound for the massage tone so hers wat you will have to do:
1: go to file explorer then go to the file wear you put your music
2: shoes the song that you want to put as the massage ring tone
3: copy the song then tap the up botton on the left corner of the screen till you see the file application data
4: inter the file in the file you will see a file called sounds
5: past the song in that file then go to the settings -personal- sound and notifications-notifications
6:tap event then shos : messaging new text message>
7: tap on the bar under the event bar then you can shange the sounds shoes the song you pasted on the sounds folder its name will be writin ther>
and thats how you can shange the message tone
it mhait look hard but itd easy gust folou the steps then youl get yoused to it
