pls i need your help, this phone is cool but am encounting some problem. if the phones goes to sleep mode if i want to bring it on again i will have to switch of the phone.when i press other button i hear the sound is on but the screen will be blank. i know it is from the setting.pls if anyone as come across this should pls help me with how to correct it

Hi My firmware is DXHH3 and I want to update it, each time I do so after updating the PDA when its time for the Phone firmware to start it stalls.

I have a problem with waking up to the alarm on the i900 that says "Charging Is Complete" each night. I have to leave my phone on for emergency calls at night, and can't charge my phone during the day.
I have gone through each screen and alarm/reminder setting and can't find any way to mute that option. Even if I put my phone on vibrate, it will wake me up with a vibrate sound.
I turned off the events (warnings, system events)sounds options and that did not do the trick either.
I thought it might be a left over from an installed alarm reminder application, so I did a hard reset...still had it after reload.
The only other option I can think of is swap batteries out each morning and find a separate way to charge the batteries.
Any one else have this issue?

The battery life is fantastic of Samsung Omnia i900.
The reason u facing this becoz maybe you have left your wifi, bluetooth ON .... it should be ON only when being used. If its not ON ... u have a defective phone.

sgb u clearly are the problem, dnt blame it on the phone. remove the stylus and use ur fingers dude. works fine.

what a complete piece of junk!!!! had it three days, keeps switching off. you need a programming degree just to make a phone call. cannot be used without the gay stylis. so very disapointed

Hi, For those who have the Omnia, what GPS software do you use? And what are some good Free GPS programs.
Secondly, if you keep charging your omnia, say when its 50% battery, will this wear away its life?

i just got the 16gb one and i think is a... moreFirstly the widget was made to have the main features of the fone. another feature is the start menu on the top left corner of the today screen.
The reason the omnia would charge when the usb is plugged in is because there is a power sorce coming from the pc and the fone recognises the source and allows the battery to charge from it. It's a setting that can't be changed as with all smart phones.
