I downloaded Firmware Update file "I900DZIA5_Updater_xp.exe" from Samsung website in my PC. My device version is DZIA5. I also installed Activesync 4.5 and connected with USB. But I can not update my device. Can anyone help me for update of Fimrware ?

my phone gives me headache everyday:
lags, freezes n wont open features like camera, messaging, hard reset, setting etc.
My Storage disappear, sometimes show its status smtime shows ZERO memory(when connected to pc or after hard reset device memory)
Cannot hard reset/format my storage, even to install apps in phone-storage card/main memory to help me. Can anyone help me?
