It is coming out on 02, just got off the phone to them because i want to upgrade to them and they said they should receive it at the end of august. It looks amazing

800 usd here cambodia 16gb. Very expensive. After it drop to 400 usd i will buy.

I dont like the touch player either so i just downloaded the program called "FlipSide" which is ten times better with higher resolution artwork.
There are tons of programs out there for windows mobile. Take advantage of that.

If you change the UI to spb mobile shell the phone is easy to use in the sunlight. I have no problems. If you dont like Samsungs UI, youre not stuck with it you can change it. :)

How do I know...I am due an upgrade on Orange and have been
told by 3 different Customer Advisors that the 16GB IS
available on ORANGE! I think Iphone groupies are quivering in their boots...hence the liesss!

dissapointed, 11 Aug 2008ya...i'm beginning to think the omnia does suck. i/ve had i... morei was supposed to say that issue with this phone..i bought this phone cause i thought its gonna be awesome..hell yeah,its friggin suckz with the ram when u open the camera!!the software update doesn't make any sense!!!!!!!!!!then the music player is so slow my phone keeps on hangin' and the resolution of my artwork is so poor!!!!please samsung make a new update and fix all the bugs,i love this phone so much but it disappoint me with some of the issues..one more thing,is there any chance to fix the secondary camera to use in takin' pictures?aaaahhhhhhh now i have second thoughts in selling my N95....please MAKE A NEW UPDATE FOR THE OMNIA PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Just too fed up waiting for it in the UK now. G810 was "released" before Omnia and still has not hit the high street, same for Xperia. Doubt any brand gives 100% performance, but do remember that in the UK under the Sale of Goods Act if the product is not of satisfactory quality, or fit for purpose, you have a legal right to return it to the shop with whom you have a contract (NOT the manufacturer) and you are entitled NOT to another phone but to your money back as you are repudiating the contract. So don't put up with crap. Stand firm as shops will argue with you, cite the law and they often give way. Hope this helps. Sorry to those outside UK I cannot offer the same advice, but suspect most countries have similar laws.

I've bought mine a couple of months ago and had no issues at all. In fact I was able to install the softwares such as iphone themes, NAVphone mapking so on and so forth Just wanna share my good experience with this phone. Although this phone has limitation, (which phone hasn't?) Overall I'm satisfied with it.Just my two cents...

to theefman: are u telling me that ur omnia does not save photos in ram and that u can take hundreds of photos with no problems? are u also telling me that ur omnia runs without jamming up the ram? even if u haven't installed one new program on ur phone since u got it? so u can always open ur camera with no problem? if so please share ur secret...maybe i'm doing something wrong? maybe if ppl didn't pay big bucks for a crap product that doesn't work properly...they wouldn't be complaining. i don't know about u but i just want a phone that does what it supposed to...i don't have time to deal with problem after problem...a phone should just run like a phone.....don't worry...ur problems will come...then u will be the one complaining :)
