I have just spoken to o2 - they say the Omnia will not be available until October or November! Not entirely sure that is true - hope not, anyway!

ok, have had this phone for 3 days now. loving every minute that i spent with it. one thing i thought that i should share with you folks here. about playing DivX movie on this phone..... u have to use DivX converter to convert your DivX,XviD or AVI movies before you install it to your phone,here is how: select mobile profile on the main window,then click view list,modify movie on the list,use custom resolution. mke sure that you choose 320W and 192H and video bitrate to 600,audio bitrate to 128.i know, on the official DivX site,they tell you to convert to 320W,240H.i've tried but i didnt get right resolution on the phone. this is what i figured out this morning.hopefully it'll help you guys. cheers

Hey!! I have the 16GB Omnia...but When I saw gsmarena's review..they talked about the BizCard Reader..I tried to look for it on my phone but I can't find it. Is that something that is suppose to come with the phone or something/some website that you can download it from? Did everyones phone had the BizCard Reader?? And does anyone know how to use the internal camera (secondary camera) the one that faces you when you look at it, like me wanting to take a picture of myself without turning the phone around. Thank you so much for you help!!

The Phone House and Media markt says the phone will be available within now and two weeks or so. Media markt showed me their price exc. VAT, that was ~€ 454. Including VAT this is ~€ 540. The guy expect that it will be sold for about € 580 - 600 for a 8 GB version.
HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THERE WILL BE A WHITE VERSION AVAILABLE!!! But I do not know if this is really true, because I have not seen anything written about this. Does anyone known more about this?

i bin viewing ebay as of late and it seems that as each week goes past the prices for this handset are droping... it started at £600... and now you can get hold of one for £450 in just 3 weeks... i reckon im just going to wait another week... as i already sold my htc diamond for £350... then jus gonna put in the difference =)
