Even if this were not so, my understanding is that being WM you can download applications and customise the phone to your needs.

Let's just wait for user reviews and also note the actual battery performance first.
No point having the best features in the whole wide world and it cannot even last 1 day.
I just find it highly amusing that N95 users can turn off all the kick ass features just to get 2 days of batt life.

It is not working as smooth as an iphone when scrolling or doing any other thing... I don't know why is that... is it windows or what? I hate that old windows look, windows should be just background and user interface should be different...
htc got it better on diamond...
but this one looks nicer...
