I don't think that its resolution is bad because if you have creative ZEN Vision W that has a resolution of 480x271 ,and 4 inch screen, you see one of best the screens in the world.. so I think that omnia's 400x240 3.2 inch is good compared to ZEN vision W 480x271 and a larger screen 4 inch.. but the only bad thing is RAM; and everything else is OK OK

being a person who used to have at least two samsung sets at a time, and in view of the very best experience with all the models,especially the new soul u 900 and the i780 i am eagerly waiting for the i900 to be available in middle east or india !
pls release it as we are fedup with locked and unlocked iphones here !i dont mind to have a third samsung at a time !

It records in vga and the one thing i have to warn you guys is its in the awful 3gp format

go to apps ->more ->office mobile ->excel mobile ->templates ->excel ->select ->press right soft key ->press right soft key again ->select menu ->select edit mode ->carry on bit by bit as you learn mobile version..Thats the best help i can give you at moment..
I have bought this and testing windows in general as been with symbian for years..I want the xperia so getting in some training,,wat i have learnt so far is its the ppc version that has all the glory and apps it seems" but "its difficult to use from symbian cause i can sort out the apps into were i want them and customise to bits in symbian but not this 500v yet,,plus windows media mp3 player hardly breaks any boundrys but is helped with using adapter and your own cans..

If this phone was 600.00 in Canada then i would wait for the price to come down, then buy it.
Can't wait to see it at the store!

Unfortunately there is no miniUSU and 3.5 mm for headphones - I will not buy, I need versatility.

My GOD, very ugly alternative to the SE xperia x1. I always hate samsung, because they never can do good phone, and now another one. You see, they put 624 mg processor, but at the same time only 128mb rom, that just funy. Hey samsung can you make really good phone as SE? They made 3,2 inch dyspley with resolution 240*400, SE made dyspley 3 inch with resolution 480*800, and which dyspley better? SE dyspley twice better! SE made xperia in steel , samsung in cheap plastic. Hey Samsung you wonna 1000$ for ugly parody on SE xperia and HTC touch pro? Chill out. Let us corean people buy this
