6.5 will be released (formally) on October 6.
When I said that omnia will not get 6.5, it means that according to Samsung, we won't get the upgrade. but I am sure that our units can run 6.5

as far as WinMo 6.5:
I have read on many forums that owners installed 6.5 already - work fine.
But only English version is available!
I have no idea where they got it from - but it is available on the net for download!!!

I can not believe that Omnia has not been released yet in Japan.
It is already gone from many market.
(old model)
It is only available only few places for peanuts (200 USD or less)
Does it worth it?
Is it reliable for you?

I had this phone for a week and unfortunately it fell in water. Learn from my experience. Imidiately take the battery off the set and keep the set in indirect sunlight. Please please dont put the battery into the set or else it will ruin ur set as i did the blunder. Take the set as soon as posible to the repaire center they will further clense the set. And it should be done on the same day please dont wait or else u will loose it as i did.
