hi fellow sgsa users. i connected my phone to pc and a popup in kies showed latest firmware version: pda:lp8/phone:lp8/csc:lp8(inu) . is this the official jb update for india?? do reply.. and also wen i went to tools-firmware upgrade and initialisation, its showing 'gt-i9070 does not support initialising' .. what should i do? please reply!

my jb doesnt lag on my s advance.i use developer option and set no background apps so my memory maintain its gb thats why it is lag free

hai I have updated and jellybean sucks advicing you to be on gingerbread .
I updated from service center bout still lags lot .
no temple run etc

AnonD-140262, 04 May 2013Hello friends. Updated my galaxy s adv with russian firmwar... more1.Download theindian 4.1.2 jellybean Samsung
rom and extract it.
2.Download Odin for windows.
3.Install Samsung kies for Samsung usb drivers.
4.Turn off your galaxy s advance and reboot in
download mode by pressing home,power button
and volume down button at the same time.
5.The device will reboot in download mode and
you will see a warning to install custom
roms. Press volume up button to continue and do
not switch it off.
6.Now open Odin on your pc and connect your
phone to pc via usb cable.
7. When you connect the phone in download
mode to odin then the field under the
"ID:COM" in odin will turn blue and show you
the connection ID.Also in message you will see
"Added!!" .This means that your
galaxy s advance I9070 is now ready for flashing
android jellybean 4.1.2.
8. Now put a check in front of "PDA" then click
"PDA" in odin and browse the android jellybean
4.1.2 rom file which you have downloaded. It will
replace the old rom.
9. Now click "Start" .You will see progress in the
progress bar above ID:COM .
10. After completion your galaxy s advance will
auto reboot and start with latest android 4.1.2
jellybean update.

AnonD-141189, 04 May 2013I think issues u r getting are because of less RAM in this ... moreDo not lock the phone or turn off the screen while loading or playing the games. To avoid automatic screen lock or auto screen off, set the screen timeout to 1 min. And Doing so will not affect your SGSA battery life.
