Hi guys. I'm in India and have upgraded to JB. The interface is smooth, fast and polished. But, while playing games like Temple Run 2 and Subway Surfer I can notice lags and drop in frames. Is anyone else facing similar issue? I have done a factory reset after upgrading. I have also tried uninstalling and installing Temple Run twice. Yet, this issue persists. Any solution to this?

I respect your thoughts, I know you are not manipulating anybody in the forum, I apologize if you felt offended in any manner,I could have turned OFf the CAPS LOCK but it never was my intonation and I really appreciate people like you who share their experience and views rather than accusing Samsung. Even I used to play 1080p videos have tried almost every player app in the market, but all I got was a choppy playback and it's obvious coz the GPU and the chipset is capped for 720p videos only. I prefer 720p over 1080p it makes more sense and smoother playback. Imagine 4" screen with 233PPI playing a video of 1080p video, is a total waste of pixels and playback experience given the SW decoder. A single core Mali400MP will not play 1080p irrespective of the player used. So for me, it doesn't make sense at all unless my source files are 1080p encoded. So brother; I wish you all the good fortune and keep sharing your views and thoughts, coz every voice counts...! Gob Bless.

hello friends
after upgrade with jelly bean, i found they resolve the issue of network probleum. some times my device got struck but may b in next update it also resolve.

hii friends... i had gone to service centre of ma s advance 3 times in 5 months to clean ma camera.. i don,t know from where d dust goes into it.. whenever i clean ma camera..after some days i found that ma camera is again dusty from inside although i keep ma phone in good protection... m very tense wid dis problem... and last time when i go to service centre dey
told me that ur camera mirror(which is in front of camera) had got scratches from inside.. u have 2 chage it.. ma phone is in warranty but dey told me that this thing donot comes in warranty... i don,t know what to do...
n plz tell me frnds do service centres in india hve d jelly bean update of s advance...??

those who are facing problem in upgrading via kies- recharge your mobile with some data plan of at least 30 mb. then activate wifi portable hotspot and connect it with your pc... open kies and start downloading the file... once the first download completes, disconnect the mobile data and start internet connection via mts or photon... and download the file.... that's it... very simple...

If you recall back then in April 201... moreGuys, u r totally misunderstanding me. In my previous comments, I mentioned that it's a good update, not a laggy one. I never used any words like crappy, buggy...etc., The reason i wanna roll back to GB is 1080p playback(which is not at all related to samsung or their update). My friends always use 1080p movies/Videos. All these days, i happily enjoyed them. but now i am missing it a lot. this reason may appear silly to most of u guys. but, i mainly use my mobile to watch movies. so, dont take me seriously. I am discussing this just with robzz. that's what i told primeprime, that i am not asking anyone to downgrade.its just me who wants to downgrade for some crap reason and i am discussing this with robzz 'cause he may find it useful.
after reading ur comments, i understood that i am misleading most of you guys. sry for that.

Thanks for the review Is there issues with bat... moretoday, i went to samsung service centre again to fix the internet connectivity problem. they updated my software again. now data connection is working fine. battery life is the same,atleast in my opinion. i couldn't find much difference in it. camera is working fine(no distorted images). Autofocus improved a bit. 4x zoom is also working fine.

Hey everyone. Install CoCore-E 6.0 and then flash crossbreeder with CWM. U wont experience any more lags in jellybean. Do it at ur own risk. check out xda dev site for instructions.

Hey guyz jst updated my I9070 to JB and beleive me its better than GB in every aspects.
The update is 480-550 MB in Size (atleast for me) and is only available through kies. I Ddid a format befor and after Updating my S Advance....
Here is my opinion....
Pros- New Nature UX looks better than GB version, Much smoother than gb, No lags, Google Now is awesome, Browser is faster, Games runs better than gb, Music and Video player is jst better, feels like new device.
Cons-Eats more RAM, Keyboard badly lags, Hangs sometimes.
