Even I am facing same issue about dust getting inside the lense of the camera. this is the third time i have given the handset for service and every time i give the handset for service centre they simply clean the dust and return back. and are unable to rectify the persisting issue and are giving lame excuse saying they havent encountered such problem. They are not even solving the issue nor replacing the handset.

i am still waiting for perfect jelly bean update............
i want to upgrade my phone after those bugs got fixed ...(i am dreaming about 4.2 jb).
if in case.... it does not happen.....
i will have to upgrade the damn prevailing official jelly bean...!!!
my body, mind and soul is itching due to overwaiting for jelly bean update!!!!!
come on samsung.... show your quickness in fixing those jelly bean bugs!!!?!

Today I went to Samsung service center to update SGSA to JB but the guy there said that there was no such update.
btw I live In Lucknow
I was very upset as I have waited for the update for almost 6 odd months..
is there anyone facing the same problem.

If you recall back then in April 2012, people accused Samsung for the most unstable version of GB 2.3 for SGSA interms of LAGGING, "NETWORK ISSUES", DATA MANAGEMENT and UI...and the baseband version was XXDDL4.....DO YOU GUYS REMEMBER THAT ???..it hardly took 6-7 months for SAMSUNG to release A "STABLE VERSION" OF GINGERBREAD XXDDLK2..which you guys are referring to. PLZZZ...DO NOT assume that this is the last stable-version of Jelly Bean for our device...Samsung has certified professional Korean Engineers unlike us (TOTAL NOOBS), THOSE WORKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THEIR COMPANY'S REPUTATION AND GOODWILL...so be patient and do not flash/downgrade because "CHANGE IS ALWAYS CONSTANT"

hey, one more problem i am facing. i couldn't connect to internet by enabling data connection. i have to restart my mobile. anyone of u facing this problem..?
bro, i am not asking anyone to downgrade.. actually my brother is using note 10.1 with JB. i knew JB well. may be that's the reason why i upgraded. i am just advicing robzz about update 'cause we both r using BS player to play 1080p which is nolonger working in JB.

I belong to rural area so there is neither wi-fi nor broadband service is available even though 3g internet is also too slow. So should i go to samsung service centre to upgrade my phone.

AnonD-141271, 01 May 2013Gyes when i am connecting my sgsa a new firmware popup is ... moreListen Reshma.. u can't update using photon plus.. u either need wi-fi or cable broadband connection.. & most importantly while upgrading SGSA none of the USB port should be in use.. even, pendrive/HDD/other cellphone sould not be connected to ur pc usb port.. u couldn't update it bcoz photon plus is connected to ur pc usb port... Even im facing the same problem.. I am waiting OTA update to arrive..
