You have helped me to take a decision - I am going to stay on GB for at least 6 months before considering the matter again. I have, accordingly, disabled the auto-update and push notification for update features on my phone.
With its modest specs (by today's standards), and especially with only 768mb of RAM, I feel ICS would have suited our SGSA more. I would love to be proved wrong by Samsung though.

Linda, 24 Jan 2013i dont get any updates so i flashed the russian jelly bean.... moreI received the 18 mb update on gingerbread. I have not received jb update as yet still my Flash Player vanished on gingerbread. I will contact Samsung for this.... meanwhile can anyone tell how to get the Flash Player back? Thank you...
