Samsung advance is a downgraded galaxy s2 for te mass. It has the same processor,
Both sony and samsung are runnin on perfect processors, its up to u to choose wethr u like touchwiz (samsung) or timescape (sony) , they r both gud and well polished in their own ways

I just purchased this phone two.days back... Everything is fine except for the fact that the battery isn't lasting more than a total of 6_7 he's of moderate use plus standby which was about 7 hrs...any suggestions??

I am updating my post on June 15.
Samsung has arranged for a replacment and it is due to arrive within this week. Hope the issue is just an isolated case cause I think the i9070 performance and its AMOLED display is distinctive in this price range.

Got I9070 a week back. Works smooth. No major lags as such. Camera is satisfactory. Though it works on GB 2.3.6 and may not get ICS it is still a fine software. 2.3.6 is quite an update against 2.3.4 which i had on my Galaxy s. It may many ICS feature which i have on my S III. Front camera works fine for fring, skype and native video calls.
Overall a good experience.
