Hello, GSM ARENA and other users who have this phone. While you used the phone gave the impression that is overheating? It seems that thousands of recent users of this phone have reported this problem. While surfing the Web or playing , phone was warm, sometimes hot, they had to shut him up. If so, then the phone has problems. Big problems. This phone would be a shame to lose ground, but then Samsung is in the same situation as the Iphone. It has been recently launched and already is in trouble. There are reported also problems with the signal. Please GSM Arena and others owners, to investigate the problem of the phone and give me an answer to this problem. Thanks

i think it is great that they are giving this phone updates. iv'e had three updates in two weeks and one camera update, good work samsung. amazing phone so fast but battery life isn't the greatest but i can live with charging it everynight.

I hope that Samsung does something (effective) because I like the phone, but I would have to switch, if the problem is not solved.
P.S. I would suggest the rest of the people to wait at least for a couple of weeks, before buying. Could be a problematic batch that I am dealing with.
P.P.S I am in the Netherlands, so I would like to know where are the people with NO camera bugs from (if there are any).

Great I got mine yesterday in Thailand and it is working great and love it. Works smooth and it looks more advance than my iPhone 4. Feels great in hand and download time very fast as my iPhone or old Samsung Galaxy S I use to owen.
I owen Like I said my iPhone and Since could not find the Galaxy S2 I did buy LG 2X few weeks ago I do also owen my BB 9780. I would rate Galaxy first before my iPhone 4. Compare the LCD screen between the two device no comparable. Galaxy S2 by far better and sharper. It is 4.3 inch display which i was worry about but holding it no feel that wide and big. But i would rather phone be little heavier but stronger package than Galaxy S2. The iPhone 4 and LG 2X packaging much better, even though Galaxy S2 feels great.

Just got mine, incredible phone, but one point. I was using HTC Desire HD, and one thing i realize on the s2 is the signal as not so strong like desire hd. I think HTC phones has the strongest signal. But anyway, S2 is the top of the phones at the time. Very satisfied with mine.

I have one more item to moan about..
Google want cloud based features/apps what ever you call it but we need something for that to work.All the countrys need a good fast reliable network and besides South Korea and Japan the speeds are awful and variable beyond belief.
I get a 3.5g or H signal where i am but that is no indicator of up or down speeds,it means nothing.In the end the smartphone will be faster than a hman can operate it so humans will be a limiting factor"BUT" overall its the networks that will let us down.

In fact, I have been sending some e-mails to Samsung nl, but even they could not give me a definite answer. For this reason I decided not to wait and just bought one today (a non-NFC version). Unfortunately, there is an issue with its camera - some pink/yellow spots appear when I take white-background pictures!!! :( I have looked on Internet and to my regret, I saw that I am not the only one. :( I wonder if there is anyone here, who has this problem, as well. And what is more important - does somebody know whether it's a software or hardware problem? Last but not least, is there a fix for that?

Hey bigger pixel count or super AMOLED plus display?
Super AMOLED display hell yeh..I cant even see any pixels although the sgs did have the pentile matrix display giving it a pixelly look.
I think you should go for another fone instead of this powerhouse with 1 GB of RAM ..
My laptop in may 2009 had 80 GB hard-drive 512MB ram and 1.6 GHZ proccessor.Now 2 years later this beats it and RAM is more important than proccessor speed for running smoothness mostly at smartphone levels.
