This phone Samsung Galaxy S 2 looks Best android Made based on Specifications. Only problem with Samsung phone is not the specifications and performance but is a plastic cheap looking packaging.
Why Samsung no give an option in packaging. if put Galaxy S 2 in Sony Ericsson Xpedia Arc package it would been great.

the sony ericsson k750i...can you believe it? I'll be upgrading to this once it releases in the USA! its releasing next month or no? (may?) I really need a new phone.

hi m from indore n m jus so damn psyched for this phone...jus ant think of nethin else n m researchin a lot on this phone n d guys here r sayin it will launch in the end of april...
in UK it will b launched on 27th of april....so if it is going this far to europe n launchin on 27 th of april, it's gonna relese in india really soon...i mean in this week only...
n really i wanna b d first one to buy it!!

I had been to the Samsung exclusive showroom today(B'lore - India), sales person there told me that the phone will be available in about a week's time and he confirmed that we are getting the Super AMOLED Plus screen and not SC-LCD!!!, but he wasn't sure about the processor we are going to get, whether Exynos or Tegra 2

I m anxiously waiting for this phone,I have Nokia e90 communicator and Samsung wave I, I hope this phone Galaxy s II will fill all my requirements to keep my books and notes in office softwear,After a long long time I m getting a dream mobile having good camera and wonderful speed and office funtions.I love it......ahmad from Multan,Pakistan.

All this Dual-Core stuff sounds good. But why do you need a Dual-Core processor on a phone? What applications will it run that need the power of a 1.2 Dual-Core processor? Most phones running a Single-Core processor do a splendid job. Look at the iPhone 4, Xperia Arc & Play, Galaxy S etc... So if any one can shed some light on this please let me know...

First of all Happy Easter to all on here, as well as the staff here at GSMArena. So on Friday I went next door to a little family dinner I was invited to and the house was full of cels. 2 Captivates 1. Atrix and Blackberries. well I was a litte curious on the Captivate and the SGS. The first thing I noticed was the feel of the phones I am a big guy large hands and the Atrix was a perfect fit - for one hand usage..the Galaxy S fit better with two hands for viewing a movie. Makes me wonder how the SGS will feel during calls and one hand situations. Second thing I noticed was the vast improvement with Dual Core.. pulling up pictures was tedious on the Galaxy S - it would lag at times. So to those who state "no need for dual core", you are sadly mistaken and this is only one situation.
