I'm ... moreI did correct my post to state i was referring to the Iphone5 and that even if the I5 specs which no one knows yet came in @ 8Mp & 32Gb the I5 would cost over $1000. I have a cousin in the uk who is also desperate to get the SGS2 has emailed me that he has tried many times in many shops and has not seen anything in writing at any of these phoneshops. On pre-orders the dates I have seen are the uk dates so as you are paying 100% upfront where are they getting their stock, When is delivery CHECK pre-order means just that pre-order.Fyi I asked my cousin and recieved an email back re iphone5, 2 of the uk internet sites where you can pre-order the SGS2 the iphone4 costs more than SGS2. Iphone4 costs more than the SGS2 THE IPHONE5 WHATEVER ITS SPECS WILL MUCH MORE so I am not waiting.

It is not mentioned specifically if 16G or 32G, so I am assuming 16G (hate them for that ... its misleading).
They also lie about shipping, it is NOT free for Canada ($27).
I chose to dislike lack of clarity.
I bought from Expansys before, and vowed NEVER again. I also hope for other options for where to buy from.

I'm sure the 16GB version will be cost less than 1000$ as it's in pre-order now at less than that, but as for the 32GB version I don't really know but i hope it won't be more than 1000$.

Super Amoled Plus and Orion chipset will be scarce because of the March 11 earthquake in Japan. Thus, Samsung went for Sc-Lcd and Tegra 2 as their alternative choice. Depending on the regions, some might get the Super Amoled Plus and Orion chipset or Sc-Lcd and Tegra 2

It would be great if you reviewed GPS performance on this phone in the final review, since previous Galaxy S had a lot problems there (you could use GPS Test app from the Market)

Now i know the SGS2 rocks, but between th... moreI will reply first to this as I have seen people get ripped for asking this. 1st you can not list the Iphone5 as a choice as nothing comfirmed with that phones specs(sgsII not even fully confirmed in all regions) As for the Choice with Sammy and HTC just go through the specs/features of each phone and the one that most fits Your needs/likes go with it .. there really isnt a wrong choice..it will be your phone enjoy it because you like it not what everyone else say.

You only live once so do what makes you happy. On another note you are asking what to do that means you are unsure, so MY advice would be to wait.

To fully.. fully appreciate the SGS2 you have to understand how the 'compare' function works. Hint it is NOT just a presentation tool. Finally it's "watts" double 't'. lol
