AMOLED screens do not have the problems to which you refer in your post.

And the bad thing is, they'll lose brightness depending on what color the display, and they lose it FAST even when you use the phone normally. Why is this bad? Look at this:

That was actually the case with a lot of Super AMOLED phones, but not at all with normal AMOLEDs. We are talking about visible images after 3 months of normal phone usage.
