nikhil , 16 Feb 2011abhi , you think with a 1650 M ah battery , the battery w... moreI'm sure you must have had some bad experience with Samsung before, but dont be too sure with your peredictions about Galaxy S II just yet, pretty good chances are there that the final version will be lot better..these benchmark results are for the prototypes, the final version is very far from release, it probably doesnt even have the Orion chipset running on it yet, plus the software is premature too..

abhi, 16 Feb 2011Again samsung has been able to lure customers into it's tra... more
1. Granted, but can you recommended another android phone that meets these specs that will be updated more frequently?
there are 3 other dual core smart phones out, 2 by LG, and 1 by Motorola....
2. Ok, so a phone has some OS flaws, didn't another one have some as well. It was really popular and sold heaps of units but i "4" get the name... -_-
3. $850, try $600... learn to shop around a bit ;)
And judging by how awesome the iphone 4's build quality was for the price... oh wait, another fail from apple!
4. Oh bohoo, this war between apple and android is just the same as windows and mac. In other words only fan boys give a toss!
5. Yea sure they won't ask you about the awesome 4.3" display or the 1080p video camera, the 8mp shooter or the awesomeness of android.... no, no, they'll just say "wow, what a cheap piece of @#$!"
It's the lightest thinnest Smartphone to date, take some positive points from it!
6. Stop being a fan boy troll!, and didn't touchwiz hit the market before WP7?
Yes touchwiz is very iphone OS like but thats the way evolutions works... jyst like mac and windows.
If the OS works use it, no? besides, heard of Launcher pro?
7. Poor battery life... uhhuh? Compared to the rest, only the atrix trumps it with a 1930mAh battery... try fitting a better battery in something that thin.
8. Dont like it, dont buy it. Get another phone that matches this... oh wait! none do :O
And btw, the minor subtle differences between OMAP4, Tegra 2, Exynos will make all the devices exceptionally similar in performance. Dont take pre production benchmarks as the real deal. By those reviews the VRX540 beats the MALI 400, yea... i dont think so.

After a long wait, and a long research, i finally found this phone, the best phone in the market to date! Better than the Optimus 3D as well, the LCD on the optimus 3D is a deal breaker, this phone is just awesome!!!
Can't wait to put my hands on one!

Hi all,
Apart from youtube, to see numerous large indepth photographs of this wonderful peice of art, check mobile-review(dot)com
My iphone4 days are coming to an end. I miss flash, bluetooth, Java, radio, open ended apps etc. I was seduced buy the wrong phone and satisfied my curiousity now.
Although I think Google monitor you (bearing i mind that you need a gmail account to download apps from Android Market) and the fact that Android with google are very dominant, I do miss Android. What they lack is the playability and choice of iphone games. Prior to my iphone4, I had a HTC Desire.
I am 95% sure this will be my next phone. Its Dual core rivals (Moto Atrix/LG Optimus) have HDMI ports but no Java. Also the Moto has a beast of a battery - 1930 MaH. Thanks.

Can we have just a bit more objectivity. From the apparent Apple Cult members. This is not a love/hate website. The Galaxy series are some of the best phones on the market today no matter how it is turned.....and there are also other great brands but please let the practical performance speak.

Yes the specs are nice and i'm sure it'll be a blast. But why would anyone get a samsung android phone, when they've proven how awful they are at the aftercare service.
All Samsung do is lie about any updates, and blame everyone else.
Samsung are terrible, i hope everyone remembers the problems with the Galaxy 1 and don't waster their money with this.
