JB sucks! Excessive battery drain even after factory reset and cashe wipe. Project Butter is darn sticky. Have been waiting to get JB in India for ages and this is what I get. Pathetic!! Android 4.0.4 ICS is far far better. I'll stick to it for ever untill Sansung releases a JB update to fix things.

AnonD-134542, 10 Apr 2013hey ayaan . i also wants to update my s2 to official india ... moreHi freind i think theres no problem of your and your freinds phone only the settings you prefered choice since jellybean added tne option of colour "natural" wherein in ICS theres only 3 options color namely dynamic, standard and movie while jellybean added the natural color which for me its the most accurate settings of color.

jeet, 11 Apr 2013hi,plz tell me about rooting of mobile &flashing .i hav... moreThere's no harm in trying, you can change your custom roms everyday if want even you experience crashes still you can try other roms but the most impotant is you backed it up your original roms so that what ever happen to your phone still you can go back to your original, im trying plenty of jellybean rom and now im sticking to omega rom jellybean its great update.

s2 i9100 user, 10 Apr 2013Plz help.. after update to JB 4.1.2 the battery is draining... moreDear friend i also encountered the same problem. I was shocked to see how my battery was draining after update and my phone was also getting heatup from backside near the camera.
I did factory reset of the phone which solved my problem but still not satisfactory in comparsion to ICS.

best phone samsung galacy sii go for it .very nice phone only 1 drawback battery backup poor.

Though s2 best of all the options u gave but it makes lot of sense to buy some phone which is worth the cost u pay.. In India low s2 cosy is around 23k and if u go for little extra budget like how my friend did for 28k on flipkart, it makes lot of sense to buy s3 its upgrade in every sense.. Also worth the price..

jeet, 11 Apr 2013hi,plz tell me about rooting of mobile &flashing .i hav... moreOnly thing you've to worry about custom ROMs is that it'll void your mobile's warranty but as u said your phone is from Korea so I think you don't have worry about that.. I was using custom ROM cynogenmode, was very happy about that but I thought I'll give try to Samsung's ROM but apart from it some goodies battery life is worse.. So my advise is of u don't worry about warranty then go for Cynogenmode you'll get detail instructions on net on its website also on XDA developers website. I'm using now JB 4.2.2. Very much happy and also satisfied about increased speed of phone. But youll not get FM radio, not a big deal infront of superfast speed of my phone.. But get backup all your data before that and also get backup of all your apps by installing Apps backup in your phone's SD card, so that u don't have to download again the same.

My galaxy s2 is not opening any google content, rather it's showing page can't be displayed all the time, though network connection is fine, nor does it open any web address recently! Can anyone pls suggest any remedy for this?
