Hi s2 users. Yest I have upgraded my s2 with jelly bean 4.1.2 via OTA. And to my experience it was just awesome, buttery smooth, totally lag free and snappy performance. And guess what?? Am getting highest ever quadrant benchmark results after upgrading my s2. I got 4567 score on quadrant and cpu 5990. Thank you SAMSUNG.:-)

I got 4.1.2 update on air and after updating to jellybean the screen color has turned slight yelloish why is it so please reply...reply...reply

for getting good battery life from jelly bean
first do the hard reset(factory reset)
then allow the battery to drain fully,then charge your phone till battery is full with turning it on
also disable google now

super nexus
rainbox rom are batery efficient roms.
u can easily get 2days for battery life with moderate usage.
samsung touchwhiz features are just marketing gimmick...in real life they dont give any real advantage.
so forget samsung official roms. its waste.

Ok for those from India who want to upgrade their s2 to jellybean.. previously I was using cynogen mode with jellybean version 4.2.2.. yesterday I upgraded to samsung
Own 4.1.2 using odin.. well my experience is not good.. battery is draining like anything that too just keeoing phone as idle.. compared to cynogenmode I didnt find any advantage of it. . Smart stay is just not working.interface is ok.. but that I didn't find that much advantage if u cant keep your phone for a day some basic use. If anyone has any suggestions are welcome. Pkease share your opinion..

Hello gys I update my samsung galaxy s2 4.1.2 jellybean samsung service centre 3 day ago .an exllent update.but when watching videos and images display color green lable high and not impressive before update as.i confused please comment and help.

all those who are not able to update your phones using kies and are not comfortable doing it on your own via odin, walk into your nearest samsung service center with phone and bill and they will do it for you.
