I have purchased Galaxy S 2, at the end of October, that is last month.ICS 4.0.4 was installed on it out of the box.Most of the features are perfect with the phone.I have few issues with the phone and that are:
1. The email widget does not refreshes on its own. It has to be refreshed manually to update the status of email as read or unread. Once you have read an unread mail and switch back to the home screen where the email widget is placed, the email widget would not have refreshed on its own you will have to refresh it manually to turn the email status to read.
2. My phone automatically gets switched off and then if you want to turn it on with the power button, it does not turn on. In order to turn it on you have to remove the battery and replace it and then it would switch on with the power button.
3. When i switch on the phone after restarting it i get a notification as "UNFORTUNATELY,TWL LAUNCHER HAS STOPPED WORKING".
4. In the call rejection message list you cant save new messages and neither there are default messages saved.
These are the problems i am facing with my phone.If any one has solutions to these problems kindly respond to the post and share your experience .Thanks.

hey m also owning sgs2 and from india too.....i purchased my phone 1 month ago....its inbuilt sndroid version is 4.0.4(ics) that means its official..so you go and check it out on samsung customer care....

Hi friends...i purchased this mobile on nov 1st...it coming with android ics.still now thr s no problem.battery back s good.every thing s fine..its a awesome phone...i'm loving it/.........

Aryan, 18 Nov 2012my download speed is around 12-15kbps m using airtel sim in... moreIn 2G network, the download speed will slow down on the SGS2 as Samsung uses class 12 browser on its device whereas Nokia uses class 32/33 ones. But on 3G network there is no slowdown whatsoever on Samsung devices. Sometimes it is even higher than the Nokia Devices.

i make update for software to Ice Cream Sandwich, but mobile start to shutdown manytime & make restart by itself

my download speed is around 12-15kbps m using airtel sim in east delhi...is its normal download speed?plz tel earlier I have nokia 701 it gives me dwn speed of 25-28kbps on same sim.? is g ps2 download spewed slow or there is some problem with sim?plz frnds tel me.wts d dwnspeed of s2? which sim is better for 2g ? pzlzzzzz. help me

My s2 doesnt show upgrade available when i try to check update. My s2 is running on 4.0.3 and latest version available in india is 4.0.4. How to update pls help..thnx in advance..eagerly wating for xpert suggestions..thnkx
