Only had phone for 13 months and it won't stay on. Very disappointed as it is very easy to use.

I just love the S II, even though it was released a couple of years ago, its simple, straight forward and very user friendly

1- I faced the same problem a few months ago .... my phone galaxy S2 keeps turning itself OFF without pressing the off button ... It suddenly happened !!!
Do You know what is the reason ???
The reason was the battery .....
I purchased S2 three years ago. and the battery has become old ( Corrupted ) .... When I changed the battery. The problem disappeared ... So If you are using battery for more than 18 months it’s time to change and get a new one ...
2- If the problem continues , try first to reset your phone ( format ) , Or flash a new official ROM .
3- If there's still a problem , Mostly there is problem with power button or motherboard ( hardware ) ...

my phone galaxy s2 keeps turning itself OFF without me pressing the off button
then anytime i on DATA my network fails i cannot access the internet the problem started last week
Anytime i on data the network bars dissapears
Then it turns itself off yet it is fully charged
HOW DO I SOLVE THIS???PLEASE HELP ME!!

Unplug the battery while the phone is switched then put it again after that turn on your phone ...
If the problem still , try first to reset your phone ( format ) ... or flash a new official ROM .

Do you mean that your phone restart itself many times ( Bootloop) , try first to reset your phone ( format ) ... if the problem still , Mostly there is problem with power button or motherboard ( hardware ) ...

1- how old your battery ????
If you are using battery for more than 18 months it’s time to change and get a new one ...
2- go to recovery mode and choose wipe data partition then reboot system .
3- install app to clean system such as (All-In-One Toolbox ) from google play .
