Still cannot decide whether to bother updating to ICS..It seems either ICS needs a lot of proccessing power or GooGLe cannot get it working except on their flagship Nexus which has poor components but sold top price.

Oh and this Anker battery fits in same size compartment as original battery...This gives rise to the question why Samsung could not have fitted a bigger battery? Which gives rise to the question how Mugen batterys have a slightly bigger capacity and fit in same size compartments as original..My Nokia N97 had a 1800mA Mugen batterry in dsame size compartment and N96 had 1000mA battery as well from Mugen..
So my argument is why dont these companys do a deal with third party companys to give us bigger better battery?

XAn4ETO, 22 Mar 2012I'm using Anker Battery 1900mAh from 2 weeks and guys, this... moreI too use Anker battery from Amazon 1900mA..I did some tests and instead of battery dying at 4pm it can last until 7pm for me..These are average times and taken off charge at 7am..On somedays a bit heavier i can kill it at 5pm..My usage differs everyday but on average can squeeze a couple more hours out of Anker battery.It cost 9.99GBP here in UK.

i have my samsung for exactly 3 months now and the issues are
Broken earspeaker TWICE
Broken External speaker
it makes EVERYTHING but its not a phone its more like a piece of CRAP and samsung isnt good enough to fix it properly. im taking it to the warranty AGAIN but its like you pay alot for a phone without contract and it breaks over and over and you waste time money and peace taking it to the worst customer service EVERRRRR ill never buy a samsung product ever again.

I am a UK Vodafone user but yet no update for my S2. I have the GT-I9100 and am currently on 2.3.5 android version.

Kam, 22 Mar 2012I brought galaxy s2 yesterday and I observed that, camera a... morebought the phone last week...even my camera lens is not exactly in the middle...but camera works perfectly and the lens is not obstructed by anything, so i am okay with it...

Screen colors on my s2 are shitty and very bad. i used to use voodoo screen tuning and were perfect. now voodoo suddnly crashed and its not even available in market. any ideas guys on how to solve my shitty screen colors

The pop-up menu (silent mode, data network mode, airplane mode, POWER OFF, RESTART) still appears even if my phone is locked. Which means my phone can be accidentally turned off in my pocket. Any of you guys have this? Is this normal? Thanks!

hi any one here play FIFA 12 and Street Fighter IV on S II? do these two game work on ICS official rom? i really want to update my phone to ICS but i would not if these beloved game didnt work. it run well on 2.3.6. waiting for any response!

Coz my p... morewell, it do resolve your battery life issue ( But it might only boost up to 1hr since it depends on what kind of rom you are using.. ) ...since custom ROMS kills out all the Samsung based background processed application, there is boost in battery life..these application are also known as battery life drainer or background processed application =)

Of course your device is not showing 1Gb of RA... moreRAM does not fall into the "Disk" category. If you have 1GB of RAM that equates to 1024MB. Very common mistake to confuse RAM with being disk related. It isn't.
The reason why the total RAM shown is different from the RAM in the specifications is because some of the RAM is reserved for system use, such as the frame buffer, since the GPU does not have any dedicated RAM as a desktop computer would.

I'm using Anker Battery 1900mAh from 2 weeks and guys, this is the best extended battery and you can use the original battery cover. After 5th charge, the app "Battery Monitor Widget Pro" shows that the actual battery size is 1963mAh :) Recommend the battery to all of you SGS2 owners.
This battery gives me over 10h of watching movies with display set at 50% brightness.

Problems in the phone aren't solved, but software is much better and maybe faster.
