Can anyone help me how to update this phone ? Now its loaded with Ginger bread 2.3.3 .
How to update it ? I tried through wifi going to settings , versions , update option .
But didnt worked even I had samsung account .
Please help, thanks in advance.

I work in Saudi but live in the UK. I am unable to use O2 sim with my GAL 2. The phone is not locked, though.I tried setting- wireless and network-mobile network - find automatically/register with O2 to no avail. Can you please guide me.

(Some plastics though like this crap sound. Of course they don't have ears or brain to tell difference between a 5$ headphone and a 1000$ one. All sound same to them).
Worlds population is 7 billion, there have to be some plastics included, ain't it?

[deleted post]i agree about the chip in the galaxy, I had the wave 1 and the wolfson sound chip was heaps better. Don't know why they swapped to the yamaha for the galaxy.

There is no Wifi connectivity problem with the handset as far as im aware. Mine pings and downlaods at 8.5Mps on my wifi (10 mbps) and uploads at 1.2 which is well above average. Even on 3g im downloading at 1.1-1.5 and uploading just under 1.
