LOL. I recently added Dolphin HD browser and GoLauncher EX and my phone has never looked or felt better. The app selection is great and i have to say that this has to be THE best phone ever made. Surely?? Didnt manage to get the mesh case as was sold out, but have it pre-ordered for the 24th of this month so will let you know! Do you know how i can get HD movies on to the SGS2?? Be much appreciated. Cheers mate

try ES explorer for wireless file transfer, its great way of managing your file for both PC and phone!
there are so much fun apps out there, so much you can do with this device, simply mind blowing !!

I have used several type s of phones like n8,x10,arc & iphone 4 but samsung's galaxy s 2 is a amazing phone its batter phone as compare other phones which is available in market I recommand each & every person to s2 its best batter non other than mobile on this type.

10 hours of heavy use
now light/moderate/heavy should be define,as its different for each individual, but please consider the average person and define the above.
heavey: 3 hours of web browsing, 2 hours music,, 30 minutes call, 40 minutes of games, 1 hour of streaming, (download, radio, etc), with this and may be slightly more you get 8-10 hours easy
now please tell me can you laptop do that?

I managed to do it :-)
I truly recomment the wireless file transfer by ES file explorer, its far more than just simple transder, so much you can do and organize within your phone and your PC wirelessely, and its simply fantastic!
I have one question for you,
you know about the default Navigation which comes with GS2, does that not expire? because really that is good enough for me, and its really good! but I was under the impression it would expire!!
please let me know your thoughts on that?

So let me put in this way. I have wave 2, s8530. Thinking of buying this phone. My wave2 supports HD videos which Galaxy S dint support. Is there anyone who could check this and tell me. See its like resolution is 1280*720. MP4 format only, yet Galaxy dint support it.

Regarding the battery life, I would say is good, if on heavy usage the battery will last for a day, that is very normal for a smartphone with great display. Cant compare to the old school phone because the display is smaller and we dont run many apps on it.
If anyone got a restart problem please update your OS, some of the first bacth S2 will have this prob, it will be fine after update.

currently im using 2G network of airtel on my gs2..today morning when i was updating my adobe flash 11.1.. the screenshot of adobeflsh fluctuate for two or three times...is it due to poor connectivity,or any other thing... is it risk for my mobile?.........
please reply frnds...please help me(only screen shot fluctuate not whole screen)

Just got the S2 LTE with an LTE account and an LTE SIM card (we now have Rogers LTE service in Ottawa). Fantastic phone but having a problem with SMS. When LTE signal fades to 4G, all SMS messages can be sent with no problem. However, when sending SMS by LTE, I receive an error message saying "Failed! Message not sent". Actually the message does get sent but I still get the error message. So I switched to GO SMS Pro - now I don't get the error message but the SMS messages are sent out twice (only in LTE mode; 4G mode still has no problem). Of course, SMS recipients are complaining about the double messaging. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix this? Thanks.

I get around 10 hrs of heavy usage out of ths bad boy thats constant web browsing, streaming hq movies, downloading torrents, listening to music, playing games, playing with apps. Since I had this phone I simply can't put it down for too long and the only use I have for my laptop is converting movies to dvd
