Anonymous, 08 Aug 2011i've held this device. build quality is not that good.Build quality is excellent! I have dropped S2 on concrete floor from almost 2 meters and it did not get and scratch at all! Batterylife is very good, a lot better than most other phones, even though S2 is so good that I can not help using it a lot more than I would use any other phone. I often watch movies on justin.tv on my S2!

hey everyone
i am thinking of buying a new phone
i am a pretty heavy user ... i talk alot (around 3hrs daily) and use the 3G & wirless alot
i like the SGS2 , it seems 2 b a really good phone but i am worried about the battery issues and the poor quality frame (my heavy usage is related to my jop)
could any 1 help me out , which phone 2 get ??

The phone is good but has loads of basic issues like yellow banding left side screen, buggy speaker phone (sounds too low in call), screen and battery heats up on game play for 10-15 minutes and above all the kies software for desktop is a piece of shit, all in all hardware wise the product is good but the software side lacks in good quality control and test activities, may be the product was rushed 2-3 months sooner to the market.
