can the mobile be updated to the latest ui with the latest os update? I mean can galaxy s be updated to touchwiz 4 when updating to android 2.3.4?
same goes for htc, can the sense ui be updated?

Build number is GINGERBREAD.JPKG2
i want to know wether this phone is a rooted phone.
