Hi all,
I brought Samsung galaxy s2 2 days back in bangalore.
Phone is really awesome, superb video play back and camera is awesome.
Can anyone please tell me how to add songs to playlist. I've stored songs in USBstorage folder but there are no options to put those songs to playlists..:(
I tried by downloading winamp and all but it didnt work.
Can anyone say the procedure to add to playlists.

AnonD-4882, 13 Jun 2011i just bought SGS2 today but i dont know how to open the ba... moreits not like the traditional covers where you 'slide' it off. with the galaxy2 u just kinda 'pry' it open, theres a little hole on top right corner, just put ur finger nail it pull it up

Moving from Samsung Wave to SGSII. I have no issue with heat or yellow tint. The phone is very fast internet, superb screen, amazing processing power and heaps of horrible applications with ads. I wonder they could put 3000 mAh battery in it. How come it only has very basic Bluetooth setting, totally $ucks! And no good free games like Wave.
However, I feel that sms scheduling, privacy lock, bluetooth, audio, samsung keyboard in Wave with continuous input and camera are better in Wave.
The things I like about SGSII are
- emails and calenders are working well
- no lags
- web browsing is the best
- many apps and widgets
- live wallpapers
- bigger screen

2 days ago I got mine. The phone is really superb,very fast,smooth... I don't have a problem with the screen and on very long load the phone is getting warm but not hot !!! Just little warm,which I think is normal for something so thin and so powerful.

i purchased SGS2 1 month ago from UK , it costed me 660 euro , but online the price was too much lower ,about 550 euros ,is this normal ?

Well! Just bought the Samsung Galaxy 2 through Optus here in Australia, This product has gotta be the best thing since sliced bread or the wheel.
My Australian Kelpie dog was my number 1 love, she has now been replaced by the Galaxy 2 phone,
What does that tell ya??

It is pointless to talk about moderate or heavy use. These term are not objective, but depending on every persons understanging about what is moderate and what is heavy. Rather stating that battery lasts 2 days with heavy use, one should provide specific details instead (f.e how many mintes of calls, screen on etc). It is not a science as Android provides all the stats...
I do not have the yellow spot issue, but it gets really hot while playing. F.e it gets much quicker hot while playin Medievel Castel, but a little bit slower when Robo Defence. And in case of Robo Defence I have noticed the following as well. Namely sometimes it gets a little bit warmer (but feel very normal), some other time it gets as hot as playing Medievel Castle. Go figure...
I usually get some 24 hours battery backup. During that time I do approximately 30 minutes of calls, receive and send 5 SMS-s, screen is on about 1,5 hours (brigtness set to automatic). During a day my data connection is ON, during night I switch it off. Wifi disabled all the time when not in use (for switching data connection and wifi on/off I use Widgetsoid). E-mail set to sync every hour, weather widget every 3 hours.
