i hv bought a used galaxy s4mini gtI9192 , but its camera (both) takes dull pictures and especialy pictures without using flash lacks clarity.. can any one help me regarding this issue

I had the same overheating problem with my Samsung note 4, I even replaced the battery. What worked for me was resetting it to factory settings. I backed up my information first. I think it must have been a bug or something, even though I had an antivirus. Problem solved with factory reset.

Hello,
I have the original Android 4.2.2 software and wish to update to 4.4.2. Trying to update using the phone just tells me that 4.2.2 is the latest software that is already installed.
How can I force the 4.4.2 update? GSM Arena does say this phone is upgradeable.

I have to return the phone. Now am looking forward to get another phone.
