My s4 mini suddenly went crazy never to be able to turn it on again. At first it restarted often or simply turned off and then it acted randomly. Now I can't charge it either....NEVER to buy a samsung again..(unless they improve the quality of material and the phone works at least three years.w ithout a problem, but not much hope for that what so ever)

After two and half years ...the Wifi has stopped in my S4 Mini.
Wifi bars are not appearing. No amount of restarting has helped. What could be the reason.

Worked fine until one year of age. After that, it suddenly started restarting a lot. Furthermore, the battery indicator seems to be unreliable as battery levels can drop from 60% to 10% for no apparent reason. I don't think my next phone will be a Samsung.

my galaxy s4 mini is having a big time problem... it says ive inserted an ear piece while i haven't and its really troubling me... can't play music without ear phones and stuffs... someone pls help me out

Best ever model made by samsung. The only small proplem was small memory and low batery life. But it looks that they can not make phones like this one any more.

i was able to receive text messages from this phone on my computer then reply to the text from my computer and even rewrite someone else's mobile number and be able to send a text. For some reason this capability has gone. Not sure if it's my computer doing it or my phone. I can't understand how something can work and then go without any changes. Does anyone have an idea?

This phone is a bit disappointing, firstly, I use a samsung galaxy s4 mini and the battery life has gone from around the supposedly 54hrs stand-by time to 3hrs, It also only lasts around 1hr while using any app that needs to know you're current location. The screen is good though and the only other issue I have with it is that it sometimes freezes during gameplay.

The other 4GB is being used by what's already on the phone when you bought it.
Default apps, like camera, gallery, browser, etc take up space.

it have a space of 16gb ram but it only have a space of 12mb

I had the same overheating problem with my Samsung note 4, I even replaced the battery. What worked for me was resetting it to factory settings. I backed up my information first. I think it must have been a bug or something, even though I had an antivirus. Problem solved with factory reset.
