There is no kitkat update yet for I9192DDUBND4 baseband version of s4 mini, but samsung roll out soon.
To check your s4 mini baseband version go to settings>more>about device-----here is your baseband version.

Using this phone for the past 4 months. ...got updated to kit kat 4.4.2....works like a charm. ...thin and fits perfectly in my hand....very good performance...buy it without second thoughts

I'll use for text and chat stuff and some... moreboth of them are almost same in terms in specs samsung s4 mini has the capabilities in performing what does a high end smartphone does....if you want to spend your money ...go for LG G2..but if you want to save your money go for s4 mini..

I have the S4 mini i9195l in Colombia South America. No update to kitkat yet. I'm getting tired of waiting. Will that ever come or should I root it?

I have this mobile .this mobile charging time very heating

Its major problem with battery board, some times it will not charge until restart the mobile 2 or 3 times. some times it will show 100% battery 3 or 4 hours after unplug the charger but once we restart the mobile it will go down to 60% immediately. Another problem in the night even if you have 40% charge in your battery even though it will shut down in the morning. I am happy with the performance of the mobile but I'm little bit worried about the board because my phone now in service centre after 2 months my warranty will expire....
