I have had the S4 full size for a year and just bought the S4 mini. I LOVE it. The S4 is nice but I find it too big for pockets. I use the S4 for gaming now with Moga game controller and the S4 mini for everyday use. The S4 mini has GREAT battery life ( I updated to KitKat) getting the ROM from Sammobile site.
I recommened the S4 mini OVER the S4. Both are great phones.

Samsung should really change their policy...
I understand need to give same "Language" update in country where phone was sold but atleast give people option to install full english version instead if they so choose ...
