Designing is no doubt its not upto the mark as we can see in other smartphones like iPhone and Sony Xperia S, but specificationwise definitely it will attract people. Moreover I don't know why Samsung never thought of desigining good desining.
Two things Samsung had to work on to beat its competitors are Hardware designing and Sound quality.
Rest we know multimedia features are very good, so Samsung is lagging just because of the designing standard which is not competitive enough to beat Lumia 900 and iPhone 4S. Lets hope Samsung will come up with very good desin.

Most definitely, but Pen tile still makes a beautiful screen if its HD Super Amoled. Just like the Galaxy phone some features of other screens might be a litter better, but as a whole has not been outdone.

a lot of people dissappointed by design ..but i think design is ok...because the front is looking gorgeoue with rounded edged...but back is very cheap looking ,no problem as many users cover back with pouches and covers .so overall ok.
the main problem i think so will be its pentile matrix of sup. amoled..they should use IPS LCD from LG for thier smartphones..refardless of thinking its cost effectiveness...because the display is more concerned than design in my opinion...

[deleted post]lol. samsung car??! haha. me too. anyway, everything is great w/ S3. but im also 1 of those who aren't satisfied w/ the design. if optimus 4x is cheaper then ill consider LG by 2013. btw, i have samsung wave, tab7 and S2.
