There isn't anything you can do. It's just a very, VERY poor attempt by Samsung to update the mess that they rushed out in November.
I tried flashing my phone back to v4.1.2 but it just went into a 'bootloop', so I am stuck with this insult to loyal S3 users.
I can't believe that people are still asking when v4.3 is being released in their country, they must be mad!
I will NEVER buy another Sam-DUNG phone.

see if the third pin is not in place and try to charge with another charger. This is the problem with all Samsung cgargers

I really like this phone, cause its makes all simple and easy...Really complete of features and no high price. I was not regret to buy this phone..Very recommended phone of this year.

I have with S3 handset. I like very much. Many times I used different mobiles from baranded company. But compaire to this S3 very nice mob.

i bought this phone in feb 2013,all of a sudden in Oct 2013.. i could not receive calls.also the phone was restarting by itself occasionally. My pics and videos got deleted by itself. Wifi works but can't seem to download pics into Fb using this phone. Changed the mother board and then in dec.. dropped the phone from my lap less than 1/2 a metter.. soft drop.. the entire screen shattered on the external side. Also the phone was still working but then lastly.. a day after the drop.. it totally collapsed and refused to start.
Now I'm looking for a new phone. any suggestions?

I've S3 and I couldn't find compasss & barometer . Will anybody help me in finding these in S3? GSMarena in its specs on S3 mentioned about compass & barometer under "sensor".
