when is samsung going to update samsung galaxy s3 with android 4.3 kitkat??????????????? almost htc and sony have update all 1 year old phone models with kitkat 4.3.... even micromax and karbonn have updated their models with 4.2.6 version, samsung is lagging behind at 4.1.2

im using samsung galaxy s3 the phones awesome ov been using it from the past 6 months. My bro bought it as a gift for me from the US.
But lately iv been experiencing that my phone hangs simply i dont knw what the reason is..iv uninstalled all unwanted apps..antivirus is up 2 date..dont know what the exact reason is..i have 2 remove the battery each time it hangs..can someone help me out with this ?

My phone doesn't record the video recording. When I am recording video it works fine but when I pay it's not clear. I am able to capture images well but not video. Please help.

When connect to wifi , it say network disable n poor connection, some,time nid take up few min,to connected. tis din happen b4
