i have query about s3 that when I receive any call volume of call automatically gets increased, so I manually decrease it.Please help how to set it to default or on low level

... moreDownload and install the full version of kiss so your phoone's usb driver's will be installed.
You can also just download the usb driver's, if you know what/where to look.
Connect the phone to your PC using the USB cable.
Go to "My Computer" and you should see the phone in there.
Brows/drag/drop as you would with a flash drive.

Tcool, 19 Sep 2013Reset to factory settings is the answer.yes i have done dat still it was the same issue , i took it to the service center and did a software flash . still the same prb , now i have booked the handset for repairs , the samsung guys said its a hardware issue ,. just hoping to get my phone back .

It's affectionately called a 'bootloop'.
After you have removed the battery and refitted it turn your phone ON by holding down the Volume UP button and the Home button; and while holding them down press the Power button until the Samsung logo appears, and then release all three (three button reset).
You will see the Android robot and the phone will enter 'Recovery mode'. Use the Volume Up/Down button to select 'wipe cache partition' and press the Power button to select. When the phone returns to the Recovery screen select 'Reboot system now'.

my galaxy s3 suddenly switches off. then switches on and when the "samsung galaxy s3" comes on screen it again switches off. and it goes on repeatedly untill i remove the battery for some 10-15 mins. then it'll become proper. and i have android version 4.1.2. anyone knows what is the problem? what is the solution?
