I need to put pictures on my laptop from my phone, and I tried to connect it to my laptop and it didn't give me any options, I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello bro i have a problem with this mobile that is after charging it was showing 100% but with in 1 hr it reduces to 20% or below . so i wanna ask y it happening

I just wanted Tcool to stop telling people that the SIII has tec in it to auto stop charging the battery when it reaches 100%.
I don't need another app
Battery HD by smallte.ch already gives voice alerts
and I have it set for 100, 80 & 20 for charge. 5 & 20 for discharge.

Try this
Go to Settings > Application Manager > All applications (on the top). Locate the "BadgeProvider" app, once in there select "clear data"
you need to restart the phone after that apparently.
Clearing Badge Provider worked for me.

Its all the same.Still it shows 1 message unread but there is nothing unread.

It helps me poke another hole in ... more....i have seen that according the the battery reading it can show 100% (on sgs1) yet as mentioned take some time to actually appear to stop the charge, maybe it does stop the charge, maybe the icon just goes as battery is still getting the electricity. What i do know is i go for as little damage as possible when charging i.e 95% howver accurate that may be, i dont charge it to full, or possibly overcharge on purpose.

It helps me poke another hole in ... moreI know from my s1 that one time i left it charging for ages and forgot, when i got to it it showed full but the charging icon had ended, i went to battery info and i didnt say discharging, or charging, i believe it said battery full. My point being that i had read around that time from battery uni as i was interested, and they suggest no overcharging, and ideally 95% charge to save damage. So some phones then imo (with sgs1) can eventually tell the battery has reached full capacity, and stop the charge.

HTC HD2 could what you mentioned to a point.
You could set it not to charge when connected to a USB port and it was on.
You would still get the USB sync logo but no charging logo.
Which brings me to my point, If the SIII stops charging when the battery is full as Tcool want to claim, why dose the charging logo you see when the phone is on, not switch back to the regular battery logo?
Don’t call a trickle charging mode the same thing as not charging at all.

They mention that lithium phone batteries have various protection cut out switches in place , triggered by the battery being damaged by overcharge. However some phones when on and chargeing do "appear" to stop the charging processs, thid is not so if the phone is off, and its not all phones. Overcharging is not recommended, and the charge full discharge 3 times was/is for battery memory/calibration - meaning the reading is more accurate after doing so.

I would say they are all about in the same class with advantages and disadvantages over each other.
The Droid will give you the longest battery up time.
The one X & X+ has the best U.I.
The SIII has removable battery and S-features
And average user of the SIII could get any ware between 10-14 hours. Key word being average.
