And which country shall I select?

It's the S sweet of software the clones lack and the performance. And the only way to know that is by turning it on and testing it. As for physical give aways. .... if it doesn't have Samsung blow the glass in the front. Don't buy it.

I am looking to buy a used S3 from the market, but here in my country there is a lot of scam, I am confused because of the many different sorts of clones available in the market. The korean model is the main sort of concern for me.
Can any one plz tell me how to distinguish the original set from the korean and other replicas. Plz dont say that the use will tell it. Tell me how can I differentiate it when I go to buy it from a shop.
May be there is a difference in the replica from the original or a slight flaw that can indicate it being a fake.
Please I want a detailed answer as this is a majore sort of concern for me.

Do you have a Samsung account? (Settings/Accounts).
If you have, make sure that it is ON, and if you haven't then tap +Add account and sign up for one.

I have both phones(s3 & s4) but i like s3 its the best phone.s4 not worth your money go for htc one really speedy and build quality also good.s4 is totaly plastic made s3 also but in comparison s3 is more handy and u can use with one hand easily.so go for s3 if u r looking for good phone

How can I update the OS of my S3?
Everytime I do that it always ask to select a country and after selecting a country and click agree to terms and conditions is says the process failed. It's connected to a strong internet signal.

Hello, I have a 1 year old S3, but lately, my phone has become laggy. I've tried clearing cache and removing some apps from my device, but it hasn't improved much. Can anyone give me advice on how to restore it back to its previous level of performance without rooting? I have updated it to Jellybean 4.1.2 but its still the same. Even trying to open sms has considerable lag.

WELL, maybe usable moreso for all the other larger screen offerings and specs, than actually as a regular phone for out and about. I certainly was regularly checking out if the note 2 ever came into my monthly price bracket (the note 1 just seemed to vanish from monthly contracts; almost as quick as it arrived)
