Mine will be a year in August and is in great condition for all the abuse I give it. (I have case made of TPU material)
If you are talking about updates, then get the S4 as it will be getting updates after the SIII has stopped as it a newer phone. SIII is reported to be getting Android 5.x.x when it comes out but there is no guarantee that it is going to get Android 6.x.x

Anonymous, 18 Jul 2013What about audio quality of s3 in your opinion? Once it was confirmed that it was a fake all I did was took pictures to post online and he took it back and demanded a refund. I didn't make a call or listen to music on it.

I'm afraid you have a S-Fake.
Does it even have the Samsung logo to the FRONT of the phone, just below the speak?
