Anonymous, 22 Oct 2015i cant transfer using usb cable .e.g from computer to hands... moreIf you were able to transfer before then the problem is the data cable. Borrow another cable and try again. The computer should recognize your phone before you can do any transferring

PHIL RHYMAH, 26 Oct 2015my screen doesn't work but nothing else is wrong? what do?How can you be sure that nothing else is wrong if you cannot even open your screen? You don't even know if your battery is charged or not. Suggest have it checked by a technician.
