Kies (or Lies as I call it) is a piece of software that is developed by Samsung and is supposed to allow you to update your phone, or transfer your photos, music etc. on your phone. In reality, it is just a piece of bloated junk that is as much use as a chocolate kettle!

If you just want to connect your phone to your PC then all you will need is the correct drivers for your computer to recognise your S3.

AnonD-78985, 25 Apr 2013I often go to this one to download iso for my ps1 emulator.... moreok thanks i may try that, with a controller into the hdtv dongle, and on tv....no idea if that is laggy though. I play all games anyway on the tv now (without a controller), and have been since my sgs1..... and now finally in hd thanks to my sgs3. I would never go back to gaming on the phone screen.

FPSE is the emulator that I recommend on play store because we have the option to use opengl to boost the normal graphics. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Killer Droid, 25 Apr 2013it's a good option when your at home or a place that you do... more would ypu recommend any sites for emulator roms. I've never bothered before as i didn't want to risk any viruses. And im not such a gamer as i was.

Yes I already knew that and do use it some time with my usb key when I want to work on my school work when am on bus our train. But it's not as portable than a micro sd card slot. That's my point. An that's one of the main reason why I bought S3 over one x. S3 offer both not one x. Value for money S3 was a better deal for me. I bought it for 100 $ on preorder. I think am going to buy one this baby an put my 32GB when I get my 64GD micro sd card. Thanks for that link. After that am surly will not missed space. 16GB + 32GB and 64GB for my S3 that's a lot of space :-).

A htc one + user can use USB ON THE GO with a micro usb to usb adapter. And they can be very small

You can buy the adaptor on Amazon. And the usb on the go cable too.
This is why I don't think no sd card slot is a deal breaker anymore.

But a guy like me that move all the time and travel all the time. I don't want to have to put an hd drive on my poket when i travel. I take the train and bus all the time to go to school or when am going down town and my car on the week end. I would have to plug my hd drive to my S3 all the time when i want to play my emulator games. I don't want that. Sd card is better for that..It small and hande you don't have to bring stuff like Hd drive or Usb card all the time with you.

But micro sd card slot is a deal breaker for me. If one x had an Micro sd card slot i would have bought it instead of my S3 because i like the design of one x better. No micro sd card slot mean no for me. Only Samsung listeing to there customer. Looks at all the new for 2013 flagship on the market. Only S4 and xepria Z has an micro sd card slot.

PS: for all my S3 owner around the world. If you think that touch wiz is buggy it's, it is because it's really a heavy sowftwere. But if you guys download the app Nova launcher on play store your experience would get better. Nova launcher app is the closet thing to nature ui find in the nexus brand. smooth like hell :P

Lg mean no update. After the nexus brand Samsung always give update to there flagship. But it's slower than nexus branded phone but the second fastesse. Htc make good phone also had two Htc before my first Samsung(S3).
