It has to be some app you are installing.
Give a list of all the apps you installed and maybe someone can point out the offending app.

The clue is in your post. There has never been Android 4.1.9 on the S3. I've seen a couple of videos on YouTube of this so-called OS and it is obvious that it is fake because the cover on the phone states 'Super HDMA.LED (what is that?), apps are all wrong, the box is wrong etc. It looks as though you bought a fake, it is little wonder you are having problems.

I've Bought one of these phones I must say it is beautiful in terms of looks and usage. My biggest problem is after two weeks whenever I lock the screen and try to unlock it I have to cross my fingers because more often than I would like the screen comes up black the phone still works I hear all the bells and whistles but that is it. Most times a battery pull will fix it but doing 5 or more to get it started is too much has any one else experienced this. I got a replacement and this new one did the same thing although it took one week to mess up.

i update my S3 to 4-1-2 last month and i just update my S3 on 18/4/2013. can any one other update his S3. if does thrn plz tell me what is the new in this.

open messaging>>>menu>>>setting>>>(scroll down)spam messaging settings>> spam settings
-register number as spam
-register phrase as spam
-block unknown senders

Yeah, phone them up and tell them to XXXX off!
or...
Open messaging, press the left soft key, Settings, and scroll down to Spam message settings. You will see the option 'Register number as spam'.
