hello guys. i have just got the s3. it is very good,very fast , but i have the version 4.0.4. should i upgrade to 4.1.2 or keep it like it is( how is the jelly bean ? is it fast or what?
another thing, can i use the google map in offline mode, like i had in my x-phone nokia 701(and free navigation). if yes ,how can i download the country map to use it offline mode.

I hate Chrome as well. As soon as I saw that I went into Application Manager and set it to 'Disable'.
I use Dolphin Browser, it's quite good.

If you haven't, you've been missing out a lot!
Opera can open as many webpages as much as you wanted in one Windows and ability to run or mask as ie and firefox

pabitra, 04 Jan 2013i have been using this model for last 2 month. battery cons... moreTurn off all apps that you don't need on all the time, and make sure auto sync isn't on. Many apps have this set to on as default. I get 2 days out of a full charge.

If you have spare time just brows back through these pages, you'll come across *Anthony* he did explain it very well how exactly what to do.
Something to do with manually self update the phone yourself.
