it has the most fragile screen and it is ridiculously expensive... when the screen breaks (I am not saying "if", because that screen is destined to be broken), it costs more than one third of the actual price...

If the motherboard fails you contact Samsung in any contry that is convenient to you, not the seller.

Last day I pick up a s3 for first time, wonderful device its thin and light, and the screen is gorgeous but its laggy and not responsive enough to my finger touch, I tought it was the best smarthphone around but it dissapoint me. Now I dont even consider buy one, It would be a mistake.

There are reporting that SGS3 dying after 150-200 days of use and many thought that something to do with flash memory, something to do with the mainboard itself.Samsung being good on handling the repair even customers had their device rooted and are running custom firmware but they has not acknowledged the problem yet.I hope mine is ok because I bought from oversea store!

AnonD-91850, 22 Dec 2012please tell me s3 or htc one x which is betters3 is way more better my friend - the only upper hand of the one x is that it got better sound out of its loud speaker cuz its supported by dre beats preset , but on all other fields the s3 will win instantly . btw one x got no memory card slot so your stuck on whatever you have onboard when it comes to memory on one x . careful though us carriers have released a dual core s3 with 2 gb ram so u better buy the international version which got quad core and it is a better performer .
