Please can any one tell me why Samsung galaxy S2 has 831MB of RAM and 779MB of RAM in Samsung galaxy S3 ? why SGS3 has less RAM then SGS2???

i want to get NOTE 1, but s3 is amazing, i need large screen which i found in note 1, but s3 has quad core and more advantages....
the question is what i get in the performance in s3 over note 1 ??

Once it's on, just open the default camera
You should see the cmds on the screen and a Mic icon top right corner of the view finder.
Just say the command when the Mic icon is ready and the the picture will be taken.
No activation needed after the one time setup in svoice.

-better UI (Sense, at least for me)
-standby time is great (1% drain for 8hrs asleep)
-lovely design
OneX cons:
-poorer useable battery life than S3 (4hrs surfing time at 50% brightness, playing games would be 2-3hrs)
-a bit lag when you navigate home screens
-no memory card expansion
-non removable battery
-ugly front facing camera
-unable to really multitask
-so-so main camera
S3 pros:
-better battery (6-7hrs screen-on at 50% brightness, playing game would be 3-5hrs)
-has card slot
-removable battery
-great front camera
-great main camera
-able to multitask
-smoother experience (rarely lags)
-great TouchWiz features (swipe printscreen, tap-to-top of email list, palm touch to mute)
cons:
-the screen's dark and colors have bluish tint on them esp whites.
-arguably uglier looking design (but i do think the design is pretty ok)
if you are planning to buy OneX+, the front camera is improved, bigger battery size but i doubt increase in usage since they bumped the processor speed 200mHz faster too. the storage became more at 64Gb but an S3 with a 64Gb memory card would be a better choice (you can use them on future devices).
these are fully based on my experience. switched from OneX to S3. Did not regret it. The only thing i miss is the lovely warm and bright screen of the OneX. Everything else, S3 wins hands down.

Charging is very very poor...when we use mobile data..charging is decreasing like anything......Samsung need to improve the battery lifer for S3.....
