I wouldn't buy a s3 in 2014 let alone 2015. Of course there will be people here who will still tell you to go out and buy one.
My advice would be at least buy a s4 and don't settle for anything older.

You have a i9305, which has 2Gb RAM. The i9300 only has 1Gb and cannot handle KitKat because of Touchwiz.

Don't buy s3!! U will regret!! It is very useless ! Battery used up rapidly and the phone is always lag and hang! Sometimes will stop charging suddenly !it was terrible experience for using this phone..

of the 3 phones, I liked the s4 the best. I thought it had a better feel in the hand (the tactile nature of the s4 back is better than the s5) and I don't like a bigger phone, I like a smaller one since I have to carry it with me everywhere and stick it under dashboards, put it on a restaurant table, etc.
the s4 is an overlooked and great phone. you won't be sorry if you get it (unless you really WANT talk extra size).
